Literacy Programming: Forming Partnerships and Sharing Resources

At the ALSC Day of Diversity: Dialogue and Action in Children’s Literature and Library Programming on January 30, 2015, I was part of a panel invited to speak on different types of literacy programming in particular as they pertain to promoting and facilitating diverse stories. My portion of the panel was to speak on STEAM and diversity. The following slides accompanied my part of the panel, which was moderated by Dr. Claudette McLinn with fellow panelists Irania Patterson, Pat Mora, Deborah Ford, Maureen Cosetello, and Michelle Leo.
