Building STEAM with Día: The Whys and Hows to Getting Started
In March 2015, I gave a webinar for ALSC on the topic of Building STEAM with Día. The webinar explored the timeline of STEAM and how diversity is an integral factor in offering dynamic and meaningful STEAM experiences in libraries that serve youth. Also included were examples of four diverse STEAM program, ranging from preschool-age to middle school-age. The slides are below.
