Channeling Passion into Leadership
I led a session at the first Power Up leadership conference for youth services staff and managers. The conference was sponsored by the iSchool at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. My session, Channeling Passion into Leadership, explored the ways in which the passion youth services library staff bring to their work can be used as a tool for creating opportunities for leadership in libraries.
